Unfortunately most plumbers are unreliable by nature, but Ben is an anomaly, he turns up when he says he will, and if he doesn't he'll inform you in advance. Also he's a good plumber. He's done a new boiler and fitted a new bath for us and we are very happy with his work.

I can highly recommend Ben. He did a fantastic job resolving all our plumbing issues at a rental property. His service is of very high quality and professional throughout.
